This talk covers 30 different points about the kingdom. Religion and riches are the biggest barriers to inheriting the kingdom.

Here’s an overview of what was covered in this talk:

  1. In order to join the kingdom you have to repent of your sins — Matt 3:2, 4:17.
  2. All your physical needs will be met (food, clothing, shelter) including healing from sickness, disease, paralytics, lunacy, and demon possession — Matt 4:23-24, Matt 6:33, Matt 10:8.
  3. Kingdom citizens are poor in spirit, persecuted for righteousness sake but are obedient to God — Matt 5:3, 10, 10; 7:21.
  4. The kingdom has offensive people in it symbolized as “tares” — Matt 13:38,41,45, 47-49.
  5. The kingdom spreads and grows — Matt 13:31,33.

  8. You must be forgiving to be a citizen of the kingdom of God — Matt 18:23.
  9. Because of the greatness of the kingdom, some have remained unmarried to promote it full-time — Matt 19:12.
