This book is for men who consider themselves disciples of Jesus Christ and believe that the Bible is the infallible word of God. This is a follow up to the message I wrote about divorce and remarriage. Through a study of the scriptures, we discovered that God considers divorce and remarriage, under most circumstances, adultery. We also talked about the permanency of marriage—a relationship for life—and how the unmarried ought to seriously consider who they choose to wed, for it really is “till death do you part.”
Note: This book wasn’t written with gynocentrism in mind.
With this in mind, this book is about helping you prepare yourself while finding the right woman to marry. This will insure that you stay happily married and above all else, have a marriage that pleases God and fulfills his purposes for your lives.
We’ll take a look at 6 areas to carefully consider within in yourself and your potential wife and 3 areas to understand overall about marriage. This small bit of God-given wisdom is what helped me find my godly wife today, what helps maintain my marriage today; and what helped me avoid all the not-so-godly women and snares of the devil I came across early in my life.
This book is written toward men, but these principles can be applied to women as well. This book is designed to be practical and lead you to examine your own life and the lives of the women you’ll encounter during your journey towards marriage.
