Since black people have discovered their true heritage, I’m often asked, “What do we do next?” Here’s my answer…

The condition of black people today and the paralleling curses from God spelled out in Deuteronomy 28 signify that so-called black people are the true descendants of the biblical Israelites. We’ve provided biblical and non-biblical proof in this series and this article.

Since black people have discovered their true heritage, I’m often asked, “What do we do next?” My answer is three-fold:

Get born again and walk in the Spirit

If you’re already born again, walk in the Spirit. You can’t keep the law or please God without his Holy Spirit. There’s a New Covenant and the kingdom of God is here. Check these sermons and articles:

Get to know the God who established you

He created your nation. He wants to fulfill a purpose in you. The Bible is mostly about you. Get to know your God through his letter to you—the Bible. Start with the books of Matthew, Hebrews, and James. Also, check out:

Don’t argue with people. Focus on pleasing God

Don’t get into arguments trying to convince people about Hebrew heritage; that’s something God has to do. Focus on the kingdom of God. However, here are some articles to help with the conflict around the topic:

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does nationality matter?

Nationality matters because the nation of Israel was and will be a light to the world (Isaiah 49:6; Matthew 5:14-16). Nationality matters greatly, or three-fourths of the Bible would not talk about the nation of Israel. The Church didn’t replace Israel, and the Galatians (3:28) passage doesn’t mean that our sex, social status, or nationalities are dissolved because we’re united in Christ.

What about the “white” Jews?

There is another group most of the world accepts as the Israelites of the Bible today. What’s going on? Answer: They’re importers as the Bible reveals in Revelation 2:9; 3:9. Their own people have exposed them as frauds through DNA evidence, and their lifestyle doesn’t align with God’s covenants or curses of Deuteronomy 28. See this article about the fake jews.

Interracial marriage: Can Hebrews marry outside their nation?

You’ve heard that Hebrews aren’t to marry anyone outside of their nation or a Hebrew man married to a white woman is displeasing to God. Now that the Gentiles have joined the kingdom of God along with the Hebrews through the Holy Spirit and under the New Covenant, any child of God is free to marry another child of God—but only if they’re in the Lord. “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28). Since the saints are united in Christ, no matter their ethnicity, they are free to marry any ethnicity just as long as that person is in the Lord (1 Corinthians 7:39).

Can Hebrews have multiple wives?

We believe it’s perfectly acceptable without state contracts, of course. We’ve dedicated a whole article about polygamy, read it here.

Didn’t Jesus only come to save Israel?

Matthew 15:24 says that Christ only came to the children of Israel—that was his mission—to get us back on track. Most of us rejected him and so he had his Apostles preach the Gospel to the rest of the world. Romans 3:29 KJV says “Is he the God of the Jews only? Is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also.” Anyone can be in God’s family (Acts 2:21). God only started with Israel and was using us to show the world how great he is (Isaiah 42:6). God never intended salvation to be exclusive to the Israelites.

Some Hebrews say, “You can’t understand Paul’s writings”

The above is often quoted by some Hebrews when you counter their false doctrines with passages written by the apostle Paul. Don’t let anyone deceive you into believing you can’t understand letters written by Paul. All scripture is inspired by God and he gives understanding to those who seek it. Learn how to respond to this statement here.

How do we keep the law?

Keeping the law in our flesh is impossible. We need the Holy Spirit. The Law was given as a taskmaster to show us our weakness and sinfulness. We’ve dedicated a whole article to this topic. Read it here.

What a the Hebrew holidays?

It’s not a sin to observe these memorial holidays as outlined in the Bible. Whatever keeps you remembering what the Lord has done for your people is a good thing. But I would also say it’s not a requirement for salvation.

Are Mexicans and Native Americans Hebrew?

Because these groups don’t fit the curses of Deuteronomy, I’ve concluded most Mexicans and Native Americans are not Hebrews. However, during slavery, many Hebrews/blacks fled and intermingled with these groups. Therefore, some Afro-Mexicans/Latinos could be Hebrew and people who claim to be part Native American could be.

How do I handle an unbelieving husband or wife?

As a wife of Hebrew descent, pray for your husband and continue to submit to him. What’s most important is that you glorify God by your lifestyle, attitude, and behavior towards your husband.

As a husband, continue to love your wife as Christ loves the Church; she’ll come around. If your wife is not of Hebrew descent, don’t mistreat her as some Israelite camps lead men to do. She is your wife no matter what her color or nationality; and because she’s married to you, that makes her Hebrew.

What groups should I join?

Naturally, after discovering your real identity, you want to connect with others like yourself. I can’t personally direct you to any local fellowships; God’s going to have to lead you. I would say, focus on getting closer to God first.

  1. Hello I was wondering what part specifically did you not agree with in regards to the Hebrew school. Just curious for my own learning.

    Thanks!

    1. I won’t speak of them on this page because they’re irrelevant to the great non-biblical evidence they provide on Hebrew heritage. I just wanted people to understand that I don’t agree with everything their church teaches or any other ministries I link to on this website.

  2. Good solid, balance point. I appreciate Hebrews who can accept their heritage but stand on the whole word of God. There are not a lot of balance Hebrews like u out there. I’m sure you heard the news that one of our Hebrew brothers Stephen Darby from destined ministries passed away SMH
